Remote work is hard. It is incredibly difficult to ensure a remote team is engaged and truly feeling part of your culture vs. being isolated, lonely, disconnected, chipping away at tasks in an unknown state of mind.
But just because it is challenging, doesn’t mean it can’t work.
According to Gallup, 90% of workers do not want to return to the old way of working and seek some form of hybrid freedom at minimum. Yet, depression and loneliness are on the rise due to disconnection - we need human contact. Many CEO’s are scrambling to invigorate a “return to office” policy… So what is the answer?
